  Introduction There is a medical Plan for the dialysis patient (HD & PD). However, is the medical plan is enough for them?   Actually No because administration plan care is one of the important issues for the dialysis patients in companies with medical care. Which is handled by Administrative Organ transplant Coordinator who is doing regular round in both HD and PD units to assess the patient who are fit for kidney transplant and to facilitate their work-up till they will be transplanted.
