Administration plan care for Dialysis patients, pre and post-Transplant.

 

Introduction

There is a medical Plan for the dialysis patient (HD & PD). However, is the medical plan is enough for them?  Actually No because administration plan care is one of the important issues for the dialysis patients in companies with medical care. Which is handled by Administrative Organ transplant Coordinator who is doing regular round in both HD and PD units to assess the patient who are fit for kidney transplant and to facilitate their work-up till they will be transplanted.

Methodology

In fact, through the facility provided by our government, the patients will have the complete care and the maximum support, to keep them alive with ESRD and to find alternative plan to place them in the active Waiting list if they have no donor. Without doubt, It is very important to have an active administration Plan In any (dialysis and transplant center) because the Plan will control and lead both of them to accomplish the great success in order to get patents satisfaction and to have transplant.

Result

we must mention the effective role played by the organ transplant coordinator, and we must mention what are the most important job task of his duties, through which he will reach the top of his outcome. It is very important to recognize the value of the organ transplant regards if he is Administrative or Clinical, both of them are significant elements in the Administrative plan.
